From May 19 to May 28, 2025, the Thai city of Pattaya will host the Asia and Oceania Boccia Regional Championship, a crucial event in the para sport calendar. The tournament will take place at the Pattaya Exhibition and Convention Hall (PEACH), located within the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel, and will bring together the top boccia athletes from China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Mongolia, Singapore, Thailand, Chinese Taipei, UAE and Uzbekistan in search of vital points for qualification to the Los Angeles 2028 Paralympic Games.
The PEACH in Pattaya has hosted multiple international events, establishing itself as a hub for para sports in Asia.
