The Asian Paralympic Committee have today announced the candidates who are standing for the AsPC Executive Board elections which will take place on the 28th November during the AsPC General Assembly in Riyadh, KSA.
The General Assembly will elect the AsPC President, two (2) Vice-Presidents, Chairperson of the Women in Sport Committee (WiSC) and two (2) Members at Large to the APC Executive Board.
A total of 23 nominees have been approved to stand for election – one (1) for President, eight (8) for Vice President, three (3) for Women in Sport Committee and eleven (11) for the Member at Large positions.
All applications have been reviewed by the APC Scrutineers and Electoral Commission, which has declared that the nominations meet the formal administrative requirements for consideration for election to the APC Executive Board as outlined in the respective Bylaws.
