There are many developing Asian countries that are witnessing a significant rise in the rate of poverty, illiteracy, unemployment and lack of health services . The People of Determination are amongst those facing these challenges. Therefore, it is necessary to establish programs and initiatives specifically directed towards them that assist in providing care and daily needs to facilitate their integration into society and make them active elements in it. This is achieved through the establishment of development projects that help them and the provision of basic infrastructures for these projects.
